When HIPOWER, a major generator manufacturer, opened up their $42 million facility in Olathe, KS, they wanted to ensure their brand name and logo were prominent throughout their new building. We provided them with a two phase signage project involving both interior and exterior signage. We delivered two large exterior acrylic signs for their facade, an 11 foot high monument sign, interior frosted vinyl for all conference rooms and offices, interior acrylic logos, and exterior wayfinding signs. The interior signage meshes with the sleek modern architecture while the exterior signage ensures the facility is readily visible from all major roadways.

The largest public-private partnership in Northwest Missouri State’s history, the 124,000 square foot Hughes Fieldhouse needed signage as grand as its size. We obliged by producing our largest sign to date – a 12 foot high, 120 foot long Northwest Bearcats sign that is proudly displayed on one of the practice field’s endzones. In addition to the sign, we also installed a 16 foot tall bearpaw, several sets of dimensional letters, perforated vinyl for all exterior windows, light pole and fence banners, and signage for their video board. Go Bearcats!

Norterre is a multigenerational community of health & wellness in Liberty, MO. The sprawling campus includes two residence buildings, a healthy living center, therapy services, sales office and green commons area. We started our partnership with Norterre by providing construction site signage, which then blossomed into doing all interior and exterior signage and graphics for their entire campus. This included everything from monument and wayfinding signs, to decorative street signage, cast aluminum plaques, ADA signage and more.

For Liberty Hospital’s new primary care facility, they needed signage that would be readily visible from 152 highway, and functional interior signage with a little flair. Our solution was an exterior illuminated channel letter sign utilizing the Liberty Hospital logo, and interior signage that meshed with their color scheme and style. For their ADA signage, we added a twist to the traditional acrylic sign by having a perforated steel back plate. To provide privacy but also a sleek look, we installed frosted vinyl for their imaging lab with the letters reverse cut. This is one primary care clinic that is anything but ordinary.

With it’s emphasis on fresh local cuisine, new restaurant Lark A Fare wanted to proudly display it’s Kansas roots on their exterior sign. Their unique logo of the State bird resting on a shock of wheat is a beautiful homage to their local midwestern fare. We provided cost savings by using the existing sign cabinet, but gave it a brand-new look by having the whole cabinet powder coated with new side panels, letters and logo.
