Inspired Closets
In October 2017, GrandMark Signs was entrusted with the design, production, and installation of exterior and interior signage and graphics for Inspired Closets. Over the past 7 years, this collaboration has resulted in successful execution of high-quality sign and visual communication packages for 100+ upscale custom closet expert locations nationwide. The client remains highly satisfied with our work, fostering a long-lasting and robust partnership.
RIVETING ROBOTS
GrandMark Signs was commissioned by Burns & McDonnell to design, fabricate, and install a sign for the Riveting Robots exhibit at Science City, an entry by the Raytown Challenge Gifted Program in the “Battle of the Brains” competition. The sign featured special elements such as Ombre painting. GrandMark Signs received acclaim for their exceptional quality, contributing to the success of this STEM hands-on exhibit.
Liberty Hospital Primary Care Shoal Creek
For Liberty Hospital’s new primary care facility, GrandMark Signs developed a comprehensive signage solution to ensure high visibility from Highway 152 and to enhance the interior aesthetics with functional and stylish signage. The exterior features an illuminated channel letter sign incorporating the Liberty Hospital logo, while the interior signage is designed to complement the facility’s color scheme and style. We innovatively enhance the ADA signage by adding a perforated steel back plate to the traditional acrylic design. For the imaging lab, we installed frosted vinyl with reverse-cut letters to provide private while maintaining a sleek appearance. This primary care clinic stands out for its distinctive and exceptional signage.
Norterre
Norterre is a multigenerational community of health & wellness in Liberty, MO. The sprawling campus includes two residence buildings, a healthy living center, therapy services, sales office and green commons area. We started our partnership with Norterre by providing construction site signage, which then blossomed into doing all interior and exterior signage and graphics for their entire campus. This included everything from monument and wayfinding signs, to decorative street signage, cast aluminum plaques, ADA signage and more.
HIPOWER SYSTEMS
When HIPOWER, a major generator manufacturer, opened up their $42 million facility in Olathe, KS, they wanted to ensure their brand name and logo were prominent throughout their new building. We provided them with a two phase signage project involving both interior and exterior signage. We delivered two large exterior acrylic signs for their facade, an 11 foot high monument sign, interior frosted vinyl for all conference rooms and offices, interior acrylic logos, and exterior wayfinding signs. The interior signage meshes with the sleek modern architecture while the exterior signage ensures the facility is readily visible from all major roadways.
HUB Pylon
The HUB Shopping Center in Independence, MO, underwent a significant renovation, which included demolishing the outdated pylon sign and constructing a new, modern sign that complements the center’s design. GrandMark Signs was commissioned to manage this project, which involved fabricating and installing a 26′ x 14′ sign featuring stone veneer, Nichiha architectural panels, and ten sign cabinets. The resulting pylon sign effectively highlights the updated and aesthetically pleasing shopping center.
